Back Pain Relief

Do you suffer from lower back, shoulder, neck pain or sciatica?

Have you tried just about everything from manipulation to acupuncture to put it right without success?

If the answers to the above questions are both yes, then let me introduce you to another line of thought.

At the psycological level

Ask yourself, what emotions could your unconscious mind be repressing such that your back pain becomes a significant attention diversion?

In particular is there any anger or anxiety?

These emotions could be buried deep in your subconscious and you may not be aware of any conflict consciously.

At the physiological level

Your unconscious mind creates a pain inducing diversion to keep these emotions repressed and this is not necessarily confined to the back.

Dr Sarno has labelled this Tension Myositis Syndrome or 'TMS' and it could also be the cause of the following amongst others:

Peptic Ulcer Eczema
Spastic Colon   Psoriasis
I.B.S.   Ringing in the ears
Asthma   Tension headaches & migraine

IIt could be that muscles are in spasm depriving the muscle and nerves of oxygen and therefore creating extreme pain.
